Maauritius is surrounded by coral reefs. A central plateau is ringed by mountains of volcanic origin, which rise to c. 2,700 ft (820 m) in the southwest. The island has a tropical, rainy climate. Mauritius is divided into nine districts.Over two thirds of the populations are of Indian descent, and over 25% are creoles (of mixed French and African background). There are also small Chinese and French communities. More than half the people are Hindu, about 30% are Christian (mainly Roman Catholic), and most of the remainder are Muslim. English is the official language, and Creole language is widely spoken; other languages include French, Hindi, Urdu, hakka, and Bojpoori.

Timothée,our 1st son and his wife Daisy. They were married in December 2008.They are both active in youth and music ministry.
Pascal and Rebecca Stetson, his fiancée. They are due to be married on the 13th of June 2009. Both of them are due for ministry in Mauritius.
Lionel has been accepted as a mission student at the Crown College of the Bible.
Our daughter Hilary is presently studying at BJU, majoring in Biblical Counseling.
